We would like to thank all of our patients that provided answers to our Voice of the Patient Feedback Surveys in 2023.



Here are the results that we’d like to share with you.

 

EAHC Marden Surgery:

Here are the results for our Marden Surgery from our Voice of the Patient Feedback Survey:

Top 3 Highest Performing Items:

  1. The practice is clean and tidy

  2. I am confident my information will remain private and confidential

  3. The clinical team respected me

 

Top 3 Lowest Performing Items:

  1. Everything ran on time

  2. I am able to see a doctor quickly when I need to

  3. It is easy to make an appointment for a day and time that suits me

 

EAHC Newton Surgery:

Here are the results for our Newton Surgery from our Voice of the Patient Feedback Survey:

Top 3 Highest Performing Items:

  1. The practice is clean and tidy

  2. The clinical team respected me

  3. The clinical team paid attention to what I had to say

 

Top 3 Lowest Performing Items:

  1. Everything ran on time

  2. I am able to see a doctor quickly when I need to

  3. It is easy to make an appointment for a day and time that suits me

 

As our lowest performing items for both practices were the same, these are the improvements we plan to make at both Marden and Newton:

  • We have reminded our team that if a doctor is running significantly behind, staff will do their best to be proactive and attempt to contact you and advise the doctor is running behind. This includes advising you on arrival to your appointment.

  • We have also asked our doctors to notify us when they are running behind so that we can let you know.

  • When we are fully booked, we will continue to manage patients based on the urgency of the care they need.

  • We will continue to encourage you to book your appointments online through our online bookings provider, Hotdoc. We have placed signs and QR codes in our practices that take you to our online bookings system, so you can book your appointments with the provider of your choice at a day and time that suits you.
